a) The clients’ details (name, address contact info’ etc) and data will not be shared by Eye C unless requested for law enforcement purposes. e.g. for the prevention or detection of crime; or the apprehension or prosecution of offenders.
b) Eye C will provide full details of what information and/or data is stored regarding the client upon their request. The client has the right to have this data rectified or deleted if required.
c) All information will be stored securely and access will only be available to Eye C.
d) Each assignment will be assessed individually to mitigate the data protection/privacy risk.
e) Only data relating to the assignment will be recorded. Continuous recording will only take place if absolutely necessary.
f) Any identifiable data which is inadvertently collected, such as car number plates, house numbers and faces, will be deleted or anonymized (blurred) during post-processing to ensure compliance with GDPR.
g) Data will only be held by Eye C for as long as necessary for its purpose. After this time the data will be deleted.
