Definitions:

Eye C” means Eye C Drone Services. Eye C Drone Services is the trading name of Andrew Fisher.

“Client” means the individual or organisation commissioning services from Eye C.

“Assignment” means the job or service requested by the client.

“Data” is the photographic and/or video material recorded by the drone during an assignment

Scope of Service:

a) Eye C provides aerial inspection services using unmanned aerial vehicles to produce high resolution photographic and video material for assessment and analysis by the client or their representative.

b) Eye C will also carry out other photographic and video assignments as specified by the client.

Client Responsibilities:

a) The Client is responsible for arranging all necessary access and any permissions required to carry out the assignment.

b) The Client must agree to abide by the rules and regulations governing the use of drones in their area.

c) Eye C will not proceed with the assignment if any flight operation could risk the safety of the equipment, people, property or contravene any rules or regulations.

Appointments, cancellations and rescheduling:

a) When requesting a quotation, the client must specify the service required and the exact location where this is to take place. If the operational area for the assignment falls within a Flight Restriction Zone, permission will have to be obtained from Air Traffic Control or NATS before the assignment can take place. If permission cannot be obtained Eye C will cancel the assignment at no cost to the client.

b) Last-minute cancellation made by the client will result in loss of deposit.

c) As the drones we use cannot operate in windy conditions, (gusts over 23/27mph) rain, snow or fog it may be necessary to reschedule the assignment until weather conditions are acceptable. This will be done at no extra cost to the client.

Fees:

a) The cost of an assignment will be indicated in a written or electronic quotation.

b) Unless an alternative arrangement is made between Eye C and the client, a 50% deposit will be required upon booking the assignment.

c) Full payment will become due as soon as the assignment is complete.

Recorded material:

a) All photographic and video material supplied to the client by Eye C will become the property of the client as soon as full payment is made.

b) Photographic and video material will be supplied to the client on a USB flash drive or similar storage device.

Complaints and disputes:

a) If the client is not satisfied with the services provided by Eye C, details of the issue must be supplied in writing within 7 days for the company to consider the case.

b) Any refund or compensation paid by Eye C will not be more than the fees already paid by the client.
